Q. I used to have recur bookings with United Cargo. How are recur bookings handled in your new system?
A. What some customers now refer to as "recur" bookings are called "allotments" in the UC360° system. An allotment is a set amount of space and weight regularly reserved for a particular customer on one flight segment. Multiple-flight routings require multiple allotments. All existing recur/allotment requests have been transitioned into the UC360° system as allotments. You may now book multiple products/air waybills into your allotment. You must reconfirm your allotment usage by making a booking against your allotment a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Allotment space is very valuable, so we continue to ask you to make every effort to consistently use it in order to maintain it.
